Pursuant to Rule 2.07A and 2.07B of the Rules Governing The Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") under the expansion of paperless listing regime and electronic dissemination of corporate communications that came into effect on 31 December 2023, CIMC Enric Holdings Limited (the "Company") has adopted electronic dissemination of corporate communications (the "Corporate Communications"^).
Both the English and Chinese versions of all future Corporate Communications will be available electronically on the website of the Company at www.enricgroup.com and the HKEXnews website at www.hkexnews.hk in place of printed copies.
Registered Shareholders
Registered shareholder is requested to provide an email address to the Company's Hong Kong share registrar (the "Share Registrar"), Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, for the purpose of receiving all future Actionable Corporate Communications* in electronic form from the Company. If no valid and functional email address is provided by the registered shareholder, the Company will send to the registered shareholder by post at the address as appearing in the Company's register of members maintained by the Share Registrar all future Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form, until such time when the registered shareholders have provided a valid and a functional email address to the Share Registrar for receiving the same. It is the responsibility of the shareholders to provide email address that is functional, and the Company will be considered to have complied with the Listing Rules if it sends Actionable Corporate Communications to the email address provided by a shareholder without receiving any "non-delivery message".
Registered shareholders may request to receive future Corporate Communications in printed form (See "Choice of Means of Receipt of Corporate Communications" below for details). Such instruction shall be valid for one year starting from the receipt date of the instruction and will expire thereafter.
Non-registered Shareholders
Non-registered shareholders may request to receive future Corporate Communications in printed form from the Company (See "Choice of Means of Receipt of Corporate Communications" below for details).
Choice of Means of Receipt of Corporate Communications
Upon publication of Corporate Communication(s) by the Company on the Company's website, a registered shareholder/non-registered shareholder, who wishes to receive the relevant Corporate Communication(s) in printed form, may complete and send the relevant request form to the Share Registrar at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or send an email to cimcenric.ecom@computershare.com.hk specifying his/her name, address and request.
A registered shareholder/non-registered shareholder may from time to time change his/her choice of means of receiving all future Corporate Communications in writing to the Registrar by completing and submitting the relevant reply form (available for download below) to the Share Registrar, or sending an email to cimcenric.ecom@computershare.com.hk specifying his/her name, address and request.

^ Corporate Communication means any documents issued or to be issued by the Company for the information or action of holders of any of its securities, including but not limited to the directors' report, its annual accounts together with a copy of the auditors' report, the interim report, a notice of meeting, a listing document, a circular and a proxy form.
* Actionable Corporate Communication is any corporate communication that seeks instructions from the Company's securities holders on how they wish to exercise their rights or make an election as the Company's securities holder.
